He holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Monash University and was a scholarship recipient of the Vice Chancelors Leadership Program. In his spare time Noah enjoys listening to music and spending time with his family.

With a strong background in the Services industry, particularly in Warehousing, Noël has honed his skills as an industry specialist. Born and raised in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, Aleu is the lead Employee Engagement and Youth Liaison at Workforce Extensions Melbourne West. Aleu is currently completing a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Melbourne. Demonstrating leadership qualities from a very young age, Aleu has taken on pre-tertiary roles including Junior College Captain, Sports Captain, Member of the Student Representative Council, Class Captain and College Debating Champion. He is a recipient of the Melbourne Principal’s Scholars Award which recognises his contributions to the wider community. He has continued his passion for inspiring people through his experience as a Sales Representative for charitable organisations, Child Fund and Berry Street. His eagerness to assist others as a reassuring and wise confidant, highlights the emphasis he places on respectful relationships. In 2021, Aleu started a licensed tuition service for South Sudanese students in Melbourne’s West, where the tuition service peaked at 41 enrolled students.
