Duties

AINs who join are team will be expected to provide:

• Manual handling
• Superior personal care
• Feeding
• Domestic support
• Medication administration (competency dependant)
• Bowel management · Hoist transfers
• Make a difference to residents in providing exemplary care
• Work collaboratively within teams
• Willingness to learn and interact with new people and systems
• Strict adherence to facility and governmental accreditation standards
• Kitchen, laundry or housekeeping skills are highly regarded
