Peter Miglic – Director

From 2008 to 2013 Peter held the positions of Business Development Manager and Bid Manager in civil construction and property services companies. In 2013 through to present Peter established and continues to operate a Management Consulting and Tender Development business. In 2017 Peter also acquired a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy which he continues to own and operate. Peter was appointed a director of the franchisor in April 2018.


Nigel Ashton – Director

From 2002 to 2011 Nigel was living and working in New York where we was employed by certain investment banks developing IT trading systems and managing trade flow. From 2009 through to the present Nigel has owned and managed a commercial property business which operates throughout Victoria. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of IT and Masters of IT. Nigel was appointed a director of the franchisor in April 2018.


Shane Stafford – Chief Operations Officer

Shane is a senior executive with extensive experience in industrial sectors. Having held senior leadership, sales and operational roles at Drivetrain, Readi, Boom Logistics and Komatsu Australia, Shane possesses the capability of executing operational strategy and workforce planning and will drive Workforce Extensions to the next stage of our growth strategy.


Lucy McTiernanLucy McTiernan – Project Manager

Lucy has worked at Workforce Extensions since 2008 and her energies are now focused on delivering software solutions and marketing strategies to better enhance the recruitment and labour hire services provided by our franchisees. Lucy has an intimate knowledge of our brand and service offering after having spent time working in all aspects our business from reception, credit control, IT support and marketing.


 Keren Lewinsohn – Finance Manager

Keren is a Chartered Accountant and joined the Workforce Extensions credit department team as Credit Controller in early 2016. Keren now oversees the processes and teams in our finance, credit and payroll departments. Keren prides herself in establishing and maintaining exceptional operational relationships with our franchisees, working collaboratively to optimise their financial management and profitability.


Aisling Butterworth – Risk and Compliance Manger

Coming from a background of recruitment, Aisling has almost 17 years in recruitment industry, both in front and back office. For the past 10 years she has been specializing in the Risk and Compliance field, a role which she held at The Adecco Group. Aisling is responsible for managing our ISO Certifications, ensuring we are compliant with the relevant international standard.


Eden Edwards – Marketing Manager

Eden joined Workforce Extensions in 2021, having a strong background in Franchise, Local Area and Services Marketing gained over her 10+ years in the industry. Coming from a diverse background of retail, wholesale, B2B, B2C, and utilities, Eden has the tools to support our Franchise network to grow their businesses.


Karen Robertson – Accounts Receivable

Karen brings to our team a wealth of experience assisting with Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. She has a knack for accounts reconciliation, receipting payments and debt collections. She has has previously owned her own business and worked across a variety of industries including the food, travel and automotive industries.


Hardik Shah – Accountant

Hardik is a CPA with over 6 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance, with exposure to all the areas of an organisation. He is also adept in using diverse array of software with a key focus on implementation & continuous improvement of systems & processes. His industry experience range across Wholesale, Retail, Not-for-profit, Insurance, Artistic & Investment firms.


Reut Markel – Assistant Accountant

Reut is an Accountant who brings many years of experience to the team. Paying strong attention to detail, Reut helps with Payroll and other account requests from our franchisees.


Robert Williams – Credit Analyst

Robert has joined our team as a Credit Analyst and will provide support to the Finance Team where his particular focus will be on process improvement surrounding credit assessment, risk management, minimisation and recovery. Robert has over 40 years experience within banking, liquidations, credit insurance, debt recovery and franchising. These experiences have been gained whilst working in senior roles with  some of Australia’s iconic names within the finance industry.


Amaya Stansfield – Level 2 I.T. Support

Amaya is passionate about technology and looks forward to being able to bring this passion to Workforce Extensions. Amaya has worked in IT for over 20 years and her focus revolves around providing both personal and professional support.


Ronak Modi – Assistant Accountant

Ronak is an accountant bringing with him over 4 years of experience across accounting & finance and joins our national office team in processing payroll and assisting with ongoing accounting requests. As an associate member of CPA he looks forward to growing within the company.


Kate Gould – Office Administrator

Kate is a passionate office administrator who believes in helping people. She is always running round the office helping each department at the head office. She has a wealth of experience with people as she previously was a teacher within schools and as a private music teacher running her own business. She also has two years’ experience as an office administrator, previously working within the Construction Industry.
