From 2008 to 2013 Peter held the positions of Business Development Manager and Bid Manager in civil construction and property services companies. In 2013 through to present Peter established and continues to operate a Management Consulting and Tender Development business. In 2017 Peter also acquired a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy which he continues to own and operate. Peter was appointed a director of the franchisor in April 2018.
From 2002 to 2011 Nigel was living and working in New York where we was employed by certain investment banks developing IT trading systems and managing trade flow. From 2009 through to the present Nigel has owned and managed a commercial property business which operates throughout Victoria. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of IT and Masters of IT. Nigel was appointed a director of the franchisor in April 2018.
Divyesh was appointed General Manager following a long term relationship with our business. He has developed a deep knowledge over the years, as both a former franchisee and consultant of WorkforceXS. Divyesh knows what our franchisees need, taking real action to deliver tangible improvements to the value proposition for our current and prospective business partners.
Lucy has worked at WorkforceXS since 2008 and her energies are now focused on delivering software solutions and marketing strategies to better enhance the recruitment and labour hire services provided by our franchisees. Lucy has an intimate knowledge of our brand and service offering after having spent time working in all aspects our business from reception, credit control, IT support and marketing.
Keren is a Chartered Accountant and joined the WorkforceXS credit department team as Credit Controller in early 2016. Keren now oversees the processes and teams in our finance, credit and payroll departments. Keren prides herself in establishing and maintaining exceptional operational relationships with our franchisees, working collaboratively to optimise their financial management and profitability.
Karen brings to our team a wealth of experience assisting with Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. She has a knack for accounts reconciliation, receipting payments and debt collections. She has has previously owned her own business and worked across a variety of industries including the food, travel and automotive industries.
Jaime comes with a background of sales and administration. Having a strong interest in Marketing and IT, Jaime enjoys assisting the franchisees with their print and digital advertising, merchandise and software requirements.
From 2008 to 2019 Matthew held the position of Director at the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEXWA). Matthew holds first class honours in law complimented with a Bachelor of Legal Practice Management. Matthew was trained in mediation, negotiation and arbitration at Humboldt University Berlin and is skilled at legal drafting. He brings experience in employment law and Fair Work matters to his appointment as Legal | Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager at WorkforceXS.
Hardik is a CPA with over 6 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance, with exposure to all the areas of an organisation. He is also adept in using diverse array of software with a key focus on implementation & continuous improvement of systems & processes. His industry experience range across Wholesale, Retail, Not-for-profit, Insurance, Artistic & Investment firms.
Reut is an Accountant who brings many years of experience to the team. Paying strong attention to detail, Reut helps with Payroll and other account requests from our franchisees.
Amanda has joined our team as Marketing Manager and will work closely with us to build our National Marketing & Brand Strategy. On a more tactical level, Amanda will be developing scalable digital marketing campaigns for the network and supporting Franchisees with local area marketing. Amanda’s past experience includes product development, brand management and digital strategy over the past 16 years in B2B, corporate and retail sectors. Most recently she consulted to a variety of SME’s through her own consulting business and lectured within RMIT’s Marketing Department. She has significant experience in digital media, implementing marketing plans, branding and product development strategies and her strength lie in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
David has joined our team as Network Development Manager and will provide support to the existing network. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Recruitment and Labour Hire industry. David’s previous experience includes National Management roles where he managed multiple branch offices. David’s strengths include: building client relationships, account management, profitable growth strategies, operational efficiencies and process improvement.
