    On-call Health and Aged Care Staff
    For clients who require 24 hours a day, 7 day a week service Workforce Extensions Lakewood Health can provide an on-call service to meet your needs. They provide division 1 nurses, division 2 endorsed nurses, personal care attendants, patient services attendants, cleaners, kitchen hands and cooks on an on-call basis to many aged care facilities and hospitals.
    Temporary Recruitment Service
    For clients who require short-term solutions, Lakewood Heath provide an in-depth temporary recruitment service. This enables clients to book the same staff member for a temporary assignment anywhere from one week to six months and beyond. This is a great way to assist with annual leave, sick leave or maternity leave. They pride themselves on being able to offer immediate availability of division 1 nurses, division 2 endorsed nurses, personal care attendants (PCA), patient services attendants (PSA), cleaners, kitchen hands and for temporary assignments as well as highly skilled facility managers, clinical care coordinators, administration, reception staff and more.
    Permanent Recruitment Service
    For our clients who require a more comprehensive permanent recruitment solution for a full time or ongoing role Lakewood Health can provide a tailored solution to meet every business or budget. From a simple database search, to an all-inclusive solution including advertising, interviewing, shortlisting, placement guarantees and more. They are able to provide a permanent recruitment solution for just about any skill set in the aged care and healthcare sectors and specialise in recruiting for facility managers, clinical care coordinators, kitchen staff, administration, reception and finance staff as well as division 1 nurses and division 2 endorsed nurses.
