Peter Miglic – Director

From 2008 to 2013 Peter held the positions of Business Development Manager and Bid Manager in civil construction and property services companies. In 2013 through to present Peter established and continues to operate a Management Consulting and Tender Development business. In 2017 Peter also acquired a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy which he continues to own and operate. Peter was appointed a director of the franchisor in April 2018.


Nigel Ashton – Director

From 2002 to 2011 Nigel was living and working in New York where we was employed by certain investment banks developing IT trading systems and managing trade flow. From 2009 through to the present Nigel has owned and managed a commercial property business which operates throughout Victoria. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of IT and Masters of IT. Nigel was appointed a director of the franchisor in April 2018.


Jean Norris Jean Norris – General Manager

Jean has had over 25 years experience in finance and administration – holding various positions including: Systems Development Manager, Account Manager and Financial Controller within the franchising, building and advertising industries.

Jean’s experience enables her to lead a team of committed individuals to ensure the important services we provide including payroll, superannuation, payroll tax and all the other complicated payroll services are completed to the highest possible standard. Jean has been with WorkforceXS since 2005.


Lucy McTiernanLucy McTiernan – Marketing Manager

Lucy has worked at WorkforceXS since 2008 and she is now assisting our offices in their marketing initiatives including both print and digital media after having spent time learning all aspects of the business from reception, credit control and marketing.


 Keren Lewinsohn – Accountant

Keren is a chartered accountant and comes to us with over 8 years’ experience in credit control. As part of her responsibilities, Keren spends time streamlining payroll and accounting processes on behalf of our franchisees.


Angela Lawson – Credit Manager

Angela brings to the organisation a wealth of experience in credit management and debt collection. Angela oversees the invoicing, credit account applications and payment collection processes for the many types of businesses serviced by our franchisees.


Grace Ran – Payroll/Assistant Accountant

Grace is studying towards CPA and comes to us with more than 3 years’ experience in public practice and financial services industry. Grace assists our franchisees and their staff with their payroll and accounting queries.


Karen Robertson – Accounts Receivable

Karen brings to our team a wealth of experience assisting with Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. She has an uncanny knack for accounts reconciliation, receipting payments and debt collections. Karen has has previously owned her own business and worked across a variety of industries including the food, travel and automotive industries.


Divyesh Nathoo – WHS/OHS Development and Operations Consultant

Divyesh initially became involved as a WorkforceXS franchisee as the owner-operator of WorkforceXS Ringwood. He sold his business to another franchisee in 2009 and began consulting to our franchisees to develop their client base and oversee OHS compliance and develop our operations manual.
