Jean has had over 25 years experience in finance and administration – holding various positions including: Systems Development Manager, Account Manager and Financial Controller within the franchising, building and advertising industries.
Jean’s experience enables her to lead a team of committed individuals to ensure the important services we provide including payroll, superannuation, payroll tax and all the other complicated payroll services are completed to the highest possible standard.
An internationally experienced corporate executive, Keith has worked in the UK, European, Asian and African environments. For the last 25 years Keith has been based in Melbourne and he now has 35 years commercial experience, including 25 years mentoring small business owners.
Keith is a fellow of the Chartered Certified Association of Accountants in England, has held various directorships in Europe and Australia, including for many years Managing Director and CEO of a major subsidiary of a US public corporation, and now sits on a number of not-for-profit boards.
With over 30 years involvement in running dynamic businesses and franchise operations in Australia and overseas, Michael is a seasoned player in the franchising industry and an expert in small business.
Michael’s franchise experience ranges from home-grown start-up businesses to holding the position of Managing Director and CEO of the Australian operations of a US based multinational franchisor with over 3,000 franchisees.
Divyesh initially became involved as a WorkforceXS franchisee as the owner-operator of WorkforceXS Ringwood. He sold his business to another franchisee in 2009 and began consulting to our franchisees to develop their client base and oversee OHS compliance and develop our operations manual.
Lucy has worked at WorkforceXS since 2008 and she is now assisting our offices in their marketing initiatives including both print and digital media after having spent time learning all aspects of the business from reception, credit control and marketing.
Julia joins us after two years working in London in recruitment and event management. Julia is responsible for providing operational support to all our franchisees.
Jatin Chopra is responsible for overseeing all accounts receivables processing and assessing creditworthiness of new client accounts. Jatin comes to us with a wealth of credit and accounts experience.
Keren is a charted accountant and comes to us with over 8 years’ experience in credit control. As part of her responsibilities, Keren spends time building customer relations on behalf of our franchisees during the debt collection process with their clients.
